About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to everyone who visits or plays on kenagraphy.com ("the site"), which is run by Kena Graphy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, playing a game or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use Kena Graphy

• You must be 18 or over.
• You must live in the United Kingdom.
• You may only hold one account, and it must be in your own name with your own email address and phone number.

We may ask you to confirm your age or details. If we believe you are under 18 or outside the UK we will close the account.

A free social casino

Kena Graphy is a free-to-play social casino. It offers slot-style and instant-win games for entertainment only.

Success in our free games does not mean you would have similar results in real-money gambling, where the odds and outcomes are different.

Virtual coins

• Coins are a virtual score with no monetary value.
• Coins can't be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred, swapped or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else.
• Coins are given free through the welcome bonus, daily bonus and level-up rewards. We can change these amounts at any time.
• Guest coins are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
• We may reset or adjust balances, levels or XP to fix errors or misuse.

Your account

Intellectual property

The site, the Kena Graphy name and logo, our games, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial play only. You must not copy, republish or sell them.

Our liability

The site is provided free and "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for any loss of coins, levels or progress, or any indirect loss, arising from use of the site.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from My account or by contacting Player Care. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we are required to by law, or if the site is closed. Coins and levels have no value and are not refunded or compensated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may also have rights under the law of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
